The HDG Process

Hot Dip Galvanising is an action where clean steel is immersed into molten zinc, allowing a series of zinc-iron alloy layers to be applied to the steel by a metallurgical reaction between the iron and zinc.

This process then applies a protective coating which is an integral part of the finished product, providing good corrosion and abrasion resistance.

Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 1461
